A lot of emphasis (in most cases correctly) is placed upon getting traffic to your website and then capturing your visitors name and email address enabling you to keep in touch with them building a relationship and creating trust with you.
However, once you have your web visitors details what do you do with them then?

Your Kitchen casts used to play without buffering
this buffers all the time is it HD? Is that causing the slow download? I’ve paused it for the last 7 or 8 minutes and it’s less than half loaded now.
Maybe it’s my broadband which tels me that it’s 100mbps which I can’t believe anyway.
Hmm, not sure why that is. It looks and plays ok here and at a friends house? Let me investigate.
